ORDER THE SCALE

Go to Amazon to order this scale.  This will be how you weigh yourself each week.  This scale will link to the RUNCOBO app so your coach can see your results each week.

DOWNLOAD APP

Go to your app store and search for RUNCOBO (see photo).  Download the app and set up your account.
Username - your email
Password - your 8 digit birthday (ex. 02091970)

ORDER FOOD...

You are ready to place your first order for food.  You will need to choose the following for your order:​

• 8 boxes of food from the essentials list (green label)
• 4 boxes from the select list (orange label)
  • Some boxes only have 5 or 6 packets instead of 7.  You will receive additional loose packets to make up the difference.
• 2 flavors of BCAA 
  • 2 boxes are automatically part of your order but we allow you to choose the flavors.
  • If you are active and following the Hustle Plan, you will need to purchase additional boxes.
• Supplements 
  • These are automatically sent...you do not need to make a choice on this.
• OPTIONAL ITEMS
  • Salad Dressing (2 flavors)
    • These are individual packs that can be used at home or taken with you to a restaurant.
  • Electrolytes (3 flavors)
    • These are great to add to your daily water intake.
